Read & Strip
We look the leather over first — grain, cracks, old polish, water damage. Then everything that's built up over the years comes off clean.

Feed the Leather
Conditioner and oils worked in by hand until the hide is soft and supple again. Skip this and polish just sits on top of dry leather.

Color & Wax
Cream to restore depth of color, then thin wax layers built up one at a time. Patience here is what separates a shine from a smear.

Buff to Glass
Brush, cloth and water, worked until the toe throws a reflection. That's the part people stop and stare at — and it's earned.
